Job description / Role
- Responsible for running a companys fleet of vehicles (70 pickups, 2 vans, 2 small buses).
- Scheduling service and repair programmes
- Coordinating the replacement of existing fleets, and finding cost-effective sources of new vehicles
- Ensuring the security of the vehicles when not in use -Organising staff cover.
- Report performance: mileage and fuel costs; service schedules and maintenance histories; car availability and vehicle locations; the fleet's taxable value, capital value and depreciation rate.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a car rental firm with a manager role.
- Any specific courses on transportation, logistics or operations would be a plus.
- Languages: English and Arabic. Kurdish would be desirable.
