Talent2 are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to their fast expanding Engineering Construction business; servicing international and local engineering consultants, construction and EPC / EPCMs clients for senior appointments on an executive search, retained and contingent basis.

Working with a Senior Consultant, you will nurture talented people, screen applications, organize meetings and develop / build your own niche expertise to become self sufficient within twelve months.

Requirements

To be considered for the opportunity, are you able to demonstrate your suitability, quality, experience and attributes?

- Degree qualified in any relevant subject;
- A mature confident communicator in English, verbally and in writing;
- Previous B2B or B2C experience, ideally in a people / sales related function (desirable, not essential);
- MS Office intermediate to expert user;
- Fast learning curve, able to follow instructions in a methodical, systematic manner
- You will need to be self starter, tenacious, organized multitasking individual with a desire and determination to deliver on difficult assignments in order to exceed expectations.
