Investment Manager - Treasury

Job description / Role

Our client is a large GCC owned business with a major focus on logistics and transportation across the globe. In addition to these core activities they also utilize a sizable reserve fund to invest across different asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments. They currently are looking to hire an Investment Manager to monitor the performance and optimize the return across these investments.

Responsibilities would include the following:
- Identify investment opportunities across preferred asset classes along company guidelines
- Plan and execute due diligence on potential investment funds
- Maintain relationships with fund managers
- Work closely with the VP of Treasury and the CFO to choose and monitor investments
- Issue regular cash flow and performance reports

Requirements

- MUST have gone to school in Europe/USA/Australasia OR speak fluent Arabic (applicants who do not satisfy any of these criteria will NOT be contacted)
- Must have 3-6 years work experience in a bank or large conglomerate
- Experience in investments - equities, bonds, hedge funds and alt. investments
- Must hold at least a bachelor degree
