Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Assist the Investor Relations team in addition to performing tasks and duties set out in the annual agreed Goals & Targets.
- Work and collaborate with Business Development Team and International Office staff to support the setup of foreign companies in Bahrain.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service and maintaining client relationships throughout the Investor Relations lifecycle.
- Diligence and awareness of Bahrains licensing and regulatory framework.
- Contribute, where needed, to special sector reviews and provide analytic feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Oversee and maintain project records and data within the agreed system(s) (e.g. CRM), and the Business Development & Investor Relations pipeline.
- Understand Governmental regulations to support companies in their set-up process.
- Maintain institutionalized relations with Government officials to ensure the streamlining of requests and information.
- Streamline the progression of projects through the Government system.
- Support in creating new systems and processes necessary for the efficient functioning of the team.
- Assist in managing roundtables and sector specific discussions.
- Establish, maintain, and grow relationship with internal & external stakeholders
- Engage clients within the Aftercare pipeline, as and where needed, and provide support to pertinent issues that may require attention.
- Assist in managing Aftercare programs and coordinating with BD sector teams where and when needed.
- Engage people through networking and promote Bahrains business environment.
- Keep up to date with the latest Bahrain information, economic laws, and regulations.
- Enhance and institutionalize relationships with public/private sector stakeholders.
- Assisting investors with access to Bahrain related data.

Requirements

- Graduate degree
- At least 5 years experience in a customer service oriented field.
- Proven contact base and networks within the various Government Ministries.
- Demonstrable experience in leadership of a team of professionals.
- Computer Skills MS Office
- Fluent communication skills (oral and written) in Arabic & English
- Research & analytics
