Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Assist in designing and implementing NAKILAT reward strategy, policies, procedures in coordination with NAKILAT leadership and relevant stakeholders as appropriate.
- Design, review and maintain NAKILAT reward scheme against suitable benchmarks and make recommendations to ensure that NAKILATs reward scheme is both equitable and competitive enough to attract and retain required calibres.
- Develop and conduct salary surveys to benchmark NAKILATs reward scheme against leading organizations in the region.
- Evaluate newly designed job titles and place them into the adopted compensation and benefits system at NAKILAT and in coordination with the Head of Rewards and Organizational Development.
- Liaise with the Learning and Development section to implement and execute outcomes/results from the performance management processes, in terms of promotions, salary adjustments etc.
- Review queries related to incentive and reward schemes, as well as to pay levels and structures, and take appropriate measures to resolve escalated cases.
- Develop reports and statistics related to salaries and rewards as required.
- Provide support to the Head of Rewards and Organizational Development with matters related to the organizational structure review, developing and updating job descriptions and NAKILAT competency framework (as needed).
- Perform other tasks and duties that may be from time to time required in order to meet the requirements of the role and the aims of NAKILAT.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or any other related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Rewards management.
- Extensive experience in rewards (conducting job evaluation, designing grading structures, and salary scales, bonus schemes, conducting salary benchmarksetc.)
- Middle East experience preferable, alternatively exposure to multiple geographies.

These vessels, ordered from Korean shipyards, incorporate the latest technology for safe, reliable and cost-effective transportation of LNG.
