Job description / Role
- Maintain a service appointment list.
- Maintain neat and tidy appearance for greeting customer.
- Ensure customers vehicle is thoroughly checked, discrepancies noted and communicated to customer while receiving the vehicle.
- Explain the payment policy to customers vs the prospective works required.
- Communicate with customers vs further required fix & repair to their vehicles.
- Follow-up while repair in progress to ensure vehicles completion per schedule.
- Perform a test drive after completion of repairs when required.
- Ensure proper delivery of the vehicle to the customer and clearly communicate to customers whole jobs carried out.
- Maintain & Update customers file, (follow-up system) continuously.
- Settling/ resolving customers complaints promptly.
- Inform service manager about trends in customer attitude when needed.
- Update sales team of customers intention to vehicles trade-in or sale.
- Ensure developing excellent service standards with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor/ diploma in Auto Mechanical Engineering.
- +5 years Auto experience in Kuwait and/ or GCC.
- Knowledge of service marketing and customer relationship.
- Knowledge of insurance claim process and related regulations.
- Initiative & self-confident personality.
- Good analytical reasoning skills & problem solving techniques.
- Fluency in English (Arabic would be an added value).
- Must possess valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
