Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

1. The material engineer shall have a proven technical background in asphalt, concrete, granular, soil and other construction materials.
2. The Materials Engineer shall have a proven experience in the road pavement industry covering production (of both bound and unbound materials) and installation.
3. The Materials Engineer shall have experience of similar undertakings and positions, and relevant knowledge of the specification of the construction materials including asphalt, concrete and soils granular materials to European (CEN) British, ASTM and AASSHTO standards.
4. The Materials Engineer shall have worked for prominent international engineering firms (s) in key position, with high job stability.
5. The Material Engineers experience shall demonstrate the ability to review all pavement materials and provide technical reports and guidance notes either internally or to the client.

Requirements

20 years of experience - 15 years directly related to the field

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

Preferred:

Proven and direct experience in pavement material testing, asphalt production and construction

PhD in Material Engineering
