Our client is a leading company within the Frozen Food industry in the UAE, we are seeking a Finance Manager to join their well reputed organisation. The ideal candidate has UAE experience of working within the Frozen food industry in a senior Sales role.

The Role
- The purpose of this role is to strategically plan and develop the company's sales within UAE. The role holder is expected to ensure sales strategies in local sales channels are implemented/ controlled & managed efficiently to achieve the business objectives of UAE region.
- Analyze company's sales objectives, develop and execute appropriate business strategies to ensure that the sales objectives of the company are fulfilled.
- Responsible for setting and executing Sales strategies for sales channels including Wholesale, HORECA, Retail & Pvt Label.
- Monitor the sales trends on daily basis, evaluate deviations for active customers VS inactive customers and take necessary measure to arrest any decline in sales.
- Audit current working procedures & develop them to improve the operating quality & efficiency of the department to meet pre-set service objectives.
- Check individual performances of the Sales Team and motivate them, either through personal counseling and/or imparting training in tactical selling skills to improve and enhance their capabilities and sales performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability and approach of sales team towards customers, competitors activities and look for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market share.
- Audits current routing systems& develop them to improve the operating quality & efficiency of the department to meet pre-set service objectives.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing & promotional activities in the market place to derive maximum benefit out of such promotional initiatives.
- Monitor sales/manpower/asset budgets assigned for UAE sales to ensure optimum allocation and utilization of resources.
- Responsible for Monthly Sales Reports regarding; Sales Activities, Sales Force Performances, Sales Figures & Volumes, setting selling areas & targets, and recommending Marketing promotions & Campaigns.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Science.
- 6 to 10 years in FMCG Industry of which at-least a few years in food industry and min 3 years should have been in a managerial role.
- Computer Literate on all MS Office programs especially MS Excel, First class communication skills, Superior Selling and Negotiations skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Arabic speaking candidates preferred but not mandatory.
- UAE Driving license is a must.
