Sales Executive (Exports - KSA)
Global Access Recruitment is now looking to find the market's finest performers in the Sales industry.
Our client is a leading company within the Frozen Food industry in the UAE, we are seeking a Finance Manager to join their well reputed organisation. The ideal candidate has UAE experience of working within the Frozen food industry in a senior Sales role.
The Role
- Source, create & develop a new customers base in KSA in both Horeca & Private Label
- Manage Existing export Accounts by meeting existing accounts for business reviews and new product sales in KSA market.
- Develop promotional programs and monitor sales results
- Sell wider and deeper with all current accounts
- Develop New Accounts by calling on prospect accounts to set sales meeting appointments.
- Meet with new accounts for business reviews and new product sales
- Follow through and follow up with all prospect accounts until they are customers
- Work effectively with other functional departments including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Marketing, Accounting, etc.
- Commit to understanding the frozen food market including trends, competition, products, pricing, innovations, regional preferences, etc.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of sales experience in Seafood in UAE Company for Export to KSA Market . HORECA / Private Label industry experience in KSA market is most preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop trusted advisor relationships, sell consultatively, understand macro and micro industry trends, and work well within a team concept
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Works well under pressure, able to handle multiple priorities
- Effective negotiation skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
