Employment: Full Time

Our client is currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Executive. You will be reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager

Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing effective support to new and existing clients. Ensures all clients receive effective professional communication throughout their total business implementation for all clients. To provide effective administrative support to the business development team while maintaining excellent business relationships with potential and existing clients and internal stakeholders within the Company.

Key Result Areas
- Liaison with Clients and Lawyers in order obtain all relevant documentation to facilitate a seamless company formation service
- Effective and timely communication to all necessary internal departments
- Liaise with other staff members effectively, in order to complete the assigned tasks.
- Real time input on CRM database
- Production of accurate on time reports
- Complete ad hoc special projects as and when required in order support continuous improvement
- Attend networking events and business meetings as and when required to develop and enhance business relationships for new and existing clients.
- Promote the brand image and values through own appearance and behaviour so that it reflects the high standards of the company.
- Responsible for administrative support to the business development team.
- Obtaining background information on all new enquiries, and to deliver company information prior to the first contact meeting.
- Responsible for the accurate input of data into CRM and the information on all clients is kept up to date.
- Support the business development team with preparation and coordination of networking events to ensure a professional image is maintained.
- General administration to ensure the efficient running of the department.
- Liaison between the Sales and Operations Team following receipt of the signed proposal.
- To establish and maintain excellent client relationships and provide high level of service to clients (both existing and potential) in accordance with the corporate guidelines and standards.
- To take messages and call back information for the business development team as required.
- To coordinate and minute BDM weekly meetings.
- To ensure that all business development files are up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the Group Sales Manager with Monthly / Weekly reports.
- Resolve client queries swiftly and effectively.
- Responsible for maintaining delivering and exceeding the Top-Notch service level.

Requirements

- Relevant UAE experience
- Fluent in English
- Job Specific Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
- IT competent with particular emphasis on CRM system and Microsoft Office
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Planner and Organiser

- Western educated
