Job description / Role
A major banking client of ours are looking to add to a high caliber IT Management team by bringing in an experienced Senior Manager to focus on Voice, Networks, and Data technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of the organizations Network Infrastructure, including the modification and availability of (LAN/WAN) networks, network domain and internet functions of the bank.
Furthermore, within the role candidates will be responsible for the performance of the Help Desk and Desktop Support functions, as well as system access and incident management.
The Senior IT Manager will also be required to complete performance analysis relating to these technical functions, as well as managing the budgets relating to the delivery of network projects.
Requirements
Experience within the banking domain is essential due to the complexity of the industry and seniority of the role. Equally, relevant experience managing network and support staff, including work allocation, mentoring and motivating individuals will be expected.
The successful Senior IT Manager will have a deep knowledge of IT Networks and support functions, and will ideally hold relevant industry qualifications.
Candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English and should hold a University Degree within a related field. Any verbal communication skills in Arabic would be beneficial.
