Job description / Role

Due to the fast growth of their organization, our client is looking for an innovative and creative architect to join their proactive and energetic Dubai office.

Our client is well established in Dubai where over the last 14 years they have developed themselves as one of the leading names in the market. Our clients impressive portfolio includes multinational groups across the Middle East, Europe and Africa.

Key role responsibilities:
- A creative approach as well as technical skills to develop, and manage the coordination of BIM production
- You will be expected to organise and take responsibility for the development and upkeep of the project Revit model, mentor a team and oversee co-ordination with the consultant team
- Extensive experience of BIM on various scales / advanced knowledge of Revit
- Must have expertise with parametric families, design options, and work set management and the ability to take on complex and ambitious projects and design components facades, offices and cultural projects
-Strong and clear communication skills and a systematic approach to design and time management

Requirements

- 10 plus years relevant industry experience
- Must have revit qualification
- Experience in starting a project and seeing it through to completion
- UAE experience is an advantage but not compulsory
- Must have a good attitude towards their profession and excellent communication skills
- Must have represented global architectural brand
