Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

RFJ are currently partnering with a number of Cost Consultancies in the Middle East, predominantly in the UAE, who require ambitious, driven Quantity Surveyors to join their existing teams. This is due to expansion in line with a booming construction and property market as we head towards EXPO 2020 and World Cup 2022.

In particular, one such company requires a UK QS to join their existing team in Dubai, working on a number of large projects in the UAE including theme parks, hotels and large scale, high rise residential and mixed use developments.

If you are a graduate QS with over 3 years experience with a PQS firm or Consultancy and you are interested in an international role, please get in touch. Candidates who are already MRICS qualified or working towards this qualification will be considered ahead of others and buildings experience is preferable as opposed to infrastructure.

These are rare opportunities with well known, international companies for those who wish to further their career internationally and expand their project experience with some of the largest projects in the world.

Requirements

- At least 3 years experience with a recognised PQS firm or Cost Consultancy
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar from a recognised UK University, whilst resident in the UK
- Experience of seeing projects through from inception to completion
- Experience of building projects, although those with some infrastructure experience may be considered
