Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Must be currently responsible for the entire gamut of marketing strategy for AUTO SPARE PARTS in the existing markets and development of new markets/launches of new products for market expansion in terms of :
- Formulation and implementation of marketing plans / brand building strategy for market growth and expansion,
- Assessment of market potential and profitability for product launch,
- Formulation and implementation of strategy for product launches, market penetration and expansion,
- Market analysis to assess the impact of marketing activities, product re-launches and campaigns done.
- Pricing Strategy for existing products and new products to be introduced, considering competition and market trends.
- Capturing market intelligence for analysis and understanding market & competition trends, so as to maintain market share and to grow in the market.

Requirements

- Graduates in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferably with an MBA from a reputed institution.
- Must have atleast 10 to 15 yrs of hands-on experience in Sales and Marketing of Auto Spare Parts with major Auto Spare Parts manufactures or OEM of Auto Parts who have handled marketing for After-market Sales of Auto Parts.
- Must have had some experience of direct field sales, channel development, marketing and brand building for AUTO SPARE PARTS / Components in their career this will be an added advantage. Candidates with previous experience in Gulf will have an advantage.
- Must have proven track record of developing and implementation of marketing strategy for Auto Spare Parts in tough markets for brand building, market development, promotions and campaigns to develop business.
- Must be self-motivated to drive marketing plans, coordination and roll out of campaigns to achieve the objectives, organise launches / activation etc.
- Must have experience in analyzing markets trends for potential and defining the business and marketing strategy.
- Must have sound knowledge of pricing to define the pricing strategy and draw out campaigns based on pricing.
- Must have worked hands-on in gathering market intelligence on product, pricing, market strategy etc.
- Must have very good communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Must be a proactive person and should be able to instill confidence in team and collaborate for implementation of marketing strategy and market development.
