Recruitment Officer

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with an international organisation which is undergoing a period of extensive expansion. Our client is looking to hire a Recruitment Officer.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be recruiting for the oil and power sector. You will take ownership of the full recruitment process, managing the sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management as well as daily administrative HR duties such as staff leave.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have in-house or agency experience recruiting for the oil and gas / power industry.

You should have the capability to recruit a high volume of roles and build strong relationships, understanding the requirements of each line manager. You should also be driven, possess the ability to work independently and be organised and meticulous. It is essential you are able to multitask as you will be dealing with multiple roles. This role will require you to travel occasionally. Our client has stated a preference for a Western educated candidate.
