Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international organisation who is looking to hire a HR Director in Kurdistan to manage both operational and strategic duties.
Acting as the face of HR for the company and having 4 direct reports, your main responsibility will be to establish HR objectives alongside organisational objectives. You will oversee the talent acquisition process, establishing training and development plans and budgets accordingly.
You will also design and implement a training plan with input from business heads, providing advice to line managers regarding sensitive absent cases as well as complex grievances. You will be involved in all aspects of HR operations along with hands-on management of the HR team and strategic duties.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience within a similar role together with leadership and strong relationship building skills. You should be able to influence and negotiate, be results focused and extremely passionate about the role and HR. It is essential you are commercially aware and forward thinking.
