A Multi-National FMCG Company is looking for an experienced Head of HR to join their team in Egypt.

The main responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete HR function within the business
- Implement and develop the latest policies and procedures
- Performance Management and Appraisals
- Recruitment
- HR Reporting
- Succession Planning
- Talent Management and Retention
- Learning and Development

Requirements

- Educated to degree level
- 5 years experience as a HR Manager
- 10 years experience working within HR Functions
- Similar FMCG environment experience
- High attention to detail
- Strong personality
- Decision Maker
- Takes initiative
- Team Player
- Arabic speaking preferred but not essential
