Employment: Full Time

My client, one of the Regions leading retailers, is currently looking to source an experienced Female Retail Supervisor for one of their leading KSA operations. With a large retail presence across KSA, my client is keen to recruit talented, driven and experienced retailers to join their team.

The role of Retail Supervisor entails a number of responsibilities including operational support, HR support, VM and marketing and cash management. An example of responsibilities included,
- Achieving KPIs, driving sales and ensuring all operating procedures are being met.
- Responsible for managing the local recruitment, employee appraisals and trainings to ensure the organisation has an adequately staffed and engaged female workforce.
- Responsible for building, managing and maintaining customer relationships and providing high levels of customer service.
- Responsible for liaising and communicating regularly with the VM department in order to ensure that the brand image is maintained and also analysing the competition.
- Monitor store expenditures, handle petty cash and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

- A female, Arabic speaking candidate is essential for this role
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written in English
- Positive energy and self-motivated individual
- Presentable and hard working
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
