Hygiene Supervisor

Job description / Role

My client was established in 1962, they have grown into a leading manufacturer and distributor of food and agricultural products with over 1,800 employees and 9 branches spread across 7 countries.

To ensure 100% Internal & External customer service is met with consistently high quality output/product. To represent the Company in a professional manner with both internal and external customers and develops customer confidence in the capability of the Hygiene operation.

Requirements

- 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Structured and logical approach
- Analytical skills / Problem solving skills / change management
- Ability to challenge, identify and deliver Continuous Improvement
- Drive and energy / able to work under pressure
- Preferably FMCG / Chilled Foods Experience
