Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Robert Walters is a global recruitment agency, and we are looking for a Team Support to join the rapidly growing Dubai office.

This is a junior administration role and you will provide support to the Dubai team.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:
* Formatting CVs into standard Robert Walters format
* Updating candidate and client profiles on bespoke Robert Walters system
* Ad hoc research for candidates/clients to assist consultants
* Writing, posting and updating adverts on job boards
* Ad hoc diary management for consultants including booking candidate registration, team meetings etc.
* General administration duties such as answering the phone/door and greeting guests, photocopying, maintaining office supplies, collecting post/arranging couriers, collecting cheques

Requirements

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual who is presentable and professional.

Excellent English speaking and writing is essential, and degree level education is preferred.

Previous administration experience is also required, but sector can be negotiable.
