Employment: Full Time

- Facilitate RBI assessments within multiple business units.
- Plan & establish a RBI methodology & inspection database for operating plants, during major projects, de-bottlenecking projects, etc., ensuring adherence to the company's HSE standards.
- Assist the maintenance department in the planning and scheduling of inspection activities to facilitate affective integrity of assets.
- Develop & monitor RBI strategy implementation compliance & KPI's
- Contribute to development, implementation and regular review of the section's policies, procedures and system to ensure consistent & systematic application of best practices.
- Ensure timely updating of system with timely inspection and work order to data to facilitate effective operations.
- Meridium administrator for RBI tool.
- Conduct RBI awareness sessions/training as required. Also, participate in promoting the reliability culture.
- Uploading the inspection program and activities in the SAP to facilitate maintenance department to plan and schedule the inspection activities.
- Communicate RBI techniques and findings via reports and presentations, to multiple levels of the organization employee and management groups.
- Facilitate best practice and technology transfer.
- Plan and execute technology development projects in the RBI/Inspection arena.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline in Mechanical, Petrochemical, Chemical or Metallurgical with specialized training in RBI.
- Strong working knowledge in development and implementation of RBI methodology for the equipments.
- 10 or more years of relevant experience in carrying out risk based inspection studies and inspection database within a large industrial organization, preferably Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Sector.
- Strong working knowledge in Meridium as a RBI Administrator.
- Report writing experience with strong attention to details.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Certified in API 580 is preferable.
- Knowledge in international standards such as ASME Sec. VIII, Sec. V, B31.3, B16.5, API 510, 570, 653, 579 etc.
- Familiar with standard operating and maintenance practices for all kind of process equipment.
