Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Lead a team of Talent Management and capability development and support personnel to assess, design, deliver and evaluate people to attain and exceed goals
- Ensures the quality of competencies assessment and how to close gaps and responsible of managing of IDP enhancement project.
- Participate with a training department to prepare a training master plan matching with IDP to ensure closing gaps.
- To ensure the assessment center is appropriately staffed at all times and that all commitments to provide assessment inside/outside the center are met.
- To control all financial activities related to the assessment center and capability development are carried out effectively and in line with procedures, including monthly invoicing (internal and external), weekly banking, purchasing logbooks, tests, stationery and verifying payment.
- Advice P&D manager and Talent Boards about the recommended candidates ready for succession planning or for higher responsibilities.
- Responsible for validation of promotions recommendation considering IDP, succession planning and talent retention strategy.
- Attend regular meetings as directed by management.

Requirements

- University degree and extensive experience in Talent Management.
- Combined education in business, the sciences and or organization behaviour is a definite advantage
- 8 years relevant experience in applied development fields (line experience is a definite advantage)
- Experience with widely recognized normed assessment instruments such as Hogan, HBDI and 360 Assessments, required.
- Team Leadership & Coaching.
- Planning skills.
- High level of proficiency in word processing, graphics and spreadsheet software (MS Office).
- Desire and capability to manage people required.
