Employment: Full Time

A telecommunications company is currently looking for a Head of HR - Operations to join their operations.

As the Head- Human Resources Operations you will be responsible for :

Contributing to the development and delivery of the HR strategy leading to attraction, engagement and retention of resources, you will be providing high quality leadership and managing an effective and efficient HR operations function which delivers proactive and business focused manpower planning, talent sourcing, reward management, HR services, external relations and management reporting.

Developing a manpower plan and organisation structure integrated to the yearly business plan cycle including the manpower forecast up to 3 years, developing and implementing the recruitment plan based on the approved manpower plan and approved recruitment requests, ensuring that the human resources policy, procedure , rules and regulations are modified communicated and maintained to ensure competitiveness locally and regionally.

Ensuring that the company has compensation structures , reward policies and incentive scheme are competitive in the market , which would enable the company to attract and retain the highest calibre employees, developing and implementing robust systems and practices enabling timely delivery of HR services with focus on employee experience.

Planning initiatives and activities for the external relationship department, responsible for providing end to end support in obtaining, renewing and updating with and from the ministry and government bodies and regulator relevant approvals, certificates, records, documents for the employer, expats and local employees, dependent family members, new Joiners and visitors.

Defining and maintaining HRMS and employee self service systems to ensure availability of relevant employee data details, personnel records, employee contracts and other documents, providing timely and accurate MIS and business reports, developing short and long-term plans for the departments and define relevant performance targets, goals and objectives for the respective team members, ensuring that the performance parameters are measured, monitored and reinforced and assisting the Chief People Officer in the strategic planning and the implementation of the strategic plan and specific initiatives of the People Department.

Requirements

You should have 10-12 years in an HR environment with 3- 5 years experience in HR Operations including manpower planning, compensation & benefits, recruitment ,policy formulation.

HRIS in a large or medium-sized organisation,

should have experience in managing a team.

Undergraduate degree in related field and post-graduate preferred.
