Human Resource Senior Supervisor

Requirements

- University Degree/or Diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Administration and/or equivalent to.
- Approximately 10 years of proven experience in HR Administration and management supervisor role.
- Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people.
- Knowledge on the European Fiscal aspect
- Knowledge of labour laws in UAE & (other GCC countries an advantage)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Italian Language also preferred)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work for supervision and to respond quickly and effectively to issues.

The position will be located in the Group Branch office in Abu Dhabi - UAE and should be able to move conveniently anywhere in GCC countries.

Nationality should be East Europe citizen.

REPORTING:
Shall report directly to Regional HR Manager for GCC
