Job description / Role

To deal with client directly, present the property and explain briefly to perspective client all the details. Can work under pressure and Hard working, believe in his/her own capability and self motivated.

Main responsibilities:
- As a Real Estate Consultant for RK Property, you will act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers. You will also confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and fellow agents to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates. Also:
- Presenting purchase offers to seller for consideration
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements
- Promoting the sale of properties through ads, open houses and listing services
- Preparing representation contracts, offer to purchase agreements , and listing agreements
- Interviewing clients to determine their property needs, then showing those properties
- Coordinating property closings
- Overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funding

Gross monthly base salary: Can be discussed

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BBA
- Real Estate Experience in Dubai or any other country.
