Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.

The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing road map.

Main responsibilities:
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Doing follow up call for all related activities
- Responsible for calling perspective client to generate leads/stocks.

Reporting to: Director
Number required: 1
Gross monthly base salary: 4000-5000
Commission / Bonus: Depends on the Performance
Working Hours: 9am-6pm - saturday 9am-1pm
Desired start date: ASAP

Requirements

- BA or BS with focus on communication: Advertising/Marketing
- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, foursquare, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and Path
- Experience with leveraging social media management and analytics tools
- Experience writing, editing and crafting content for the social media space.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
- Must be familiar with the business applications of social media platforms, including; Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+, Instagram and more.
- Self-starter. Must ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job.
- Driven, team player motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activities.
- Must be a Microsoft Office pro (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel) and be familiar with major social media platforms. Familiarity with Constant Contact, Photoshop, and basic HTML a plus.
