Job description / Role
Objectives:
1. To manage day-to-day requirements for a Partner (Senior Director) (50%)
2. Responsible for confidential administrative tasks, including accounting, HR and local government liaison (50%)
Main responsibilities:
1. Secretarial support, travel arrangement incl. visas, diary management, ad hoc support for team
2. Accounting (salaries, travel expenses, timesheets, invoicing, banking), HR (employee information management, contracts, evaluations), Other (government data bookkeeping, clearances, mobile phones management)
Reporting to:
Responsible Partner, Managing Partner, Support Staff Head
Number required: 1
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: Q1 2015
Working Hours: Sun-Thur 08:00-17:00
Travel requirements: Occasional within GCC
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience within a corporate environment as PA or Senior PA for senior members of staff
- Appropriate experience with bookkeeping and banking duties
- Appropriate experience with administrative and HR duties and/or office management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel
Languages
- Essential: Fluent English, written and spoken
- Desirable: German
- Professional physical appearance and manner
- Trustworthy and discrete
- Good under pressure
- Willing to offer flexibility in working hours when necessary
