Employment: Full Time

The B2B Marketing Manager position is a major role within our B2B segment. Individual in this position is responsible for a team who is looking after voice, data, and solutions for Business Segment (Enterprise, SME, and SoHo).

- B2B marketing manager identifies, develops, and evaluates marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
- Develops pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Uses sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring.
- Evaluates the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- Initiates market research studies and analyzes their findings as well as conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
- Responsible for achieving the monthly & annual B2B Targets Revenue & Gross adds.
- Designs, develops product proposition and initial business case.
- Ensure new products designs are in line with segment strategy and the overall department objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate existing products performance on an on-going basis.
- Develop a mechanism for proactively identifying product related queries.
- Ensure prompt resolution of identified product related issues.
- Lead cross functional activities with internal stakeholders that includes corporate sales, Customer Care, Finance, Legal, Pricing, PMO, Technology, and Consumer Marketing departments.
- Monitor and track the competition offering and market dynamics and communicate product and marketing changes to line manager.
- Maintain monthly reports and dashboards and participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews as well as in the annual product planning process
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team especially in complex and ambiguous work environments.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities.
- Can adapt and operate within a high-performance culture.

Requirements

- Minimum of Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university MBA with major marketing is preferred.
- Ability to build value base, and enduring relationships with customers and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and should be able to work independently as well as should be a strong team player that actively contributes to team development.
- Five or more years of relevant experience.
- Informative with a high level of verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, as well as work efficiently and effectively within required deadlines.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge, along with the ability to work in a team environment is required.
- Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
- Multi culture awareness.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- People Management and development to his subordinates.
- Proactive, creative & self motivated.
