Job description / Role
Our client is a multinational luxury fashion brand with strong presence in the region.
Reporting to the Operations Director, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and implement the training strategy for the region
- Establish career development plans for each employee and work to continuously support their development and progression.
- Monitor and evaluate the training impact on retail staff
- Ensure employees are impeccable ambassadors of the brand
Requirements
- Strong training experience in luxury fashion
- Track record of developing talent
- Strong educational background
- Passion, impeccable presentation and communication skills
