Job description / Role

Education Manager - Regional GCC

- Schedules local training programs to support brand sales strategy and objectives
- Communicates and follows-up with Regional Sales Manager to maximize all training programs
- Presents training strategy
- Identify training and development needs
- Plan and thinks ahead, to achieve maximum training effectiveness
- Innovates, bring on Brand changes in the field
- Builds relationships based on trust and respect.
- Ability to anticipate change, face reality, draw conclusions, and swiftly mobilize to adapt to changing needs
- Takes a broad view of the business and consumer environment to anticipate and plan for the future.
- Motivates and develops retail staffs: serve as role model in image and professionalism.
- Manages the budget in relations to training programs by planning training schedules
- Develop training manual and other educational materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Works with retail partners to create and conduct generic staff training
- Conduct transparent performance appraisal/performance review.
- Work closely with Marketing, PR and sales to ensure education are involved in all aspects
- Acts with integrity honors commitments and behave consistently.

Requirements

Ideal candidate must have the mentioned below qualities withinthe similar industry (Make-up/ Cosmetics) with 5+years of expereince in the same.
