On behalf of our client a leading oil and gas company based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Lead Document Controller. You will be responsible for the effective management, set up, implementation and improvement of document management systems for all major and minor projects executed by the company, manage the efficient and timely flow of engineering information and ensure all documents are processed in accordance with company procedures
Requirements
The successful applicant must be a resident of the UAE, have 10 years or more experience in the oil and gas industry as a senior or lead document controller, have experience working on project document control with a combination of EPC contractor and operator document control roles, demonstrated experience with the development and implementation of new to company document management systems and advances Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint .
