Job description / Role
- Achieve and exceed personal target set within the agreed timeframe by closing deals effectively.
- Act as an intermediary for negotiations between the Landlord and Tenant or Owner and Buyer.
- Administrate all documentation for Sales & Leasing including the legal contracts with back office support.
- Arrange and attend appointments for viewings with prospective clients and follow up thereafter.
- Facilitate leads issued to you by the Company within the agreed timeframe.
- Fully responsible for the Business Development of zone assigned to you with marketing support.
- Responsible for the whole process (From A-Z) of Selling & Leasing properties.
- Source Residential Properties and Commercial space for both Sales & Rentals utilizing all available data, listings & own contacts in the market place.
- Update all properties and deal information on the CRM.
Requirements
- Good level of English both written and Oral any additional languages would be an advantage.
- Ideally Certified RERA Broker or able to sit and pass the exam within probation period.
- Minimum of two years proven experience in Residential Sales and or Leasing experience.
- Must be a Degree/Diploma holder (UAE attested)
- Proficient in excel, word and outlook.
- Valid UAE Driving license.
