Job description / Role
International Civil Engineering Contractor is looking to appoint a Regional Operations Manager to report directly into the CEO based in Doha Qatar.
This individual will have a clear strength of experience within the GCC sector having dealt with Heavy Civil Engineering projects in excess of 1 Billion AED upwards.
You will have a clear history of managing operation teams for mega projects in Qatar, KSA & UAE.
Seen as No 2 for the Department you will be looking after full P&L across 5 Number projects across the GCC.
You will have clear experience in delivery, work winning, P&L, Bid Management and man power planning.
This role is suited to someone thats delivered major projects in the region and has the capacity to help grow such a business.

- Transport Rail, Airport works, Harbors, Metro, Highways, Tunnels
- Energy Power Stations, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Offshore
Our client is looking for someone that can demonstrate 5-10 Years GCC experience.
Solid career history showing success at the highest level and producing results in a fast paced working environment.
Degree & Chartered with around 25-30 Years experience since Graduation.
This person will be rewarded with a Salary package ranging from 100-125,000 QAR Plus business flights, BUPA medical, bonus options and loyalty retention.
