Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant - Account Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently recruiting for HR/Recruitment Consultants and Business Development/Account Managers to join an exciting diverse forward think company. We are seeking experienced and non-experienced recruiters/account managers who the desire to succeed and develop their careers in a leading regional organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, ambitious and determined individual who wants to be known within the sector and market that we operate in.

Responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting calls to develop new business.
- Interviewing and screening candidates.
- Advertising and Head hunting, account management, client and candidate meetings.
- Lead qualification through a combination of phone and email outreach.

Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years business to business selling experience, with the ability to build and maintain solid client relationships or be a fresh graduate that is looking to begin there professional career.
- Results oriented with the ability to manage all aspects of new account selling: cold calling, networking, prospecting, third-party relationship management and closing.
- Self-motivated and able to manage own time.
- Ability to solve problems quickly with an emphasis on taking action.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability to movement within a fast paced business environment.
- Willingness to be involved in special global projects.

Additional Skills:
- Be of graduate level (or above).
- Outgoing, strong desire and will to succeed, can do attitude, determined and motivated.
- Knowledge/experience selling or account manager or customer service
- Experience selling to senior decision makers in HR/Recruitment (ideal but not essential).
- Western Educated Candidates Preferred.
