Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Office management and related projects
- Drafting important correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Screening calls, emails and visitors
- Arranging meeting's Agenda, attending meetings, drafting meeting minutes
- Travel itinerary, travel arrangement and diary management
- Preparing presentations
- Conducting online research and preparation of short reports or presentations
- Coordination and liaison with various internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

- A University degree in any subject ( professional degree in law is preferable)
- Strong Experience and understanding of working with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent command of Arabic and English
- Excellent drafting and correspondence skills
- Good time management skills
