The Advocate Group are currently working in partnership with a close client in the UAE who are seeking a bilingual Senior Associate for their office in Dubai.
The client is a highly ranked law firm who have managed to entrench themselves in the GCC region and build up an exceptional client portfolio. As a result their commercial work has paved the way for high profile dispute work in the GCC and overseas.
The role is a corporate position where the chosen candidate will be involved in the firms overseas corporate files. You will be working in the DIFC and expected to advise on commercial and corporate matters.
As a Senior Associate you will be expected to manage the case load handed to you and work this effectively. In addition, you will be required to assist in the development and training of the more Junior Associates in the UAE.
Requirements
The candidate does not need to be Common Law Admitted. But will ideally have some level of education form a Common Law country.
They will have proven exposure in the corporate field and ideally be stepping from a leading International or recognised national law firm.
In addition they will have several years of corporate experience. Candidates will also:
- Be based in Dubai
- Show career commitment and loyalty
- Fully fluent in both Arabic and English
- Have at least 6 years of private practise experience
The salary will be dependent on the candidate but as a measure of good faith it will be competitive to ensure the best calibre is considered.
