Job description / Role

My client is a well-established, leading interior Fit Out contractor, active across The Gulf and internationally.

This company, who are renowned for their delivery of high-end Hospitality and Residential projects across the GCC, are looking for someone who can seamlessly join an existing team in Abu Dhabi.

In accordance with the increase in demand currently being experienced, my client is looking to appoint a talented quantity surveyor to undertake a role in post contract work.

Requirements

- A proven and successful fit-out background
- Experience in Hospitality projects.
- An excellent understanding of pre and post contract activity

Key Responsibilities include:
- Invoicing Clients
- Budget Control
- Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Valuations
- Variations
- Preparation of BoQs
- Regular Correspondence with Project Manager with regards to commercial issues
- Subcontractor allocation and payments
