Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading global fashion house who have a varied product portfolio. They currently are offering a unique opportunity to join one of the worlds most reputed brands within the luxury fashion industry. The role consists of Regional Sales reporting based on but not limited to the following criteria:
- Compile monthly commercial sales reports (Sell In analysis, LM wholesales and Sell Out reports, TR sell-out figures, Mag H sales report)
- Operate efficient Dash Boards to allow a simple and quick analysis of the activity.
- Manages transition from present tools to the new global reporting system that will be implemented in 2015.
- In constant connection with the companies Operation Team at the HQ for regular monitoring of the activity.

Within the GCC Business unit operation.
- In charge of managing the new BU IT system that will monitor the activity from Purchasing to Warehousing to Invoicing and to Retail.
- Build and operate efficient Dash board to monitor Stocks Sell In and Sell through of the operation.
- Assist in the Budget construction of the BU and budget follow up.

Cost Follow up
- Operate and update cost control charts in order to monitor expenses vs. Budget
- Review entire budget by accounts with sales team and find solution to maintain budget
- Responsible for preparing accruals every quarter

Commercial & sales support
- In charge of managing and developing the Hotel amenities Business in the region.
- Manages the Marketing plan forecasting process with a regular follow up of accuracy of the forecasts.

Pricing
- Manages the pricing tools and price changing process. Help the regional Director assessing the consistency of the regional price policy.
- Direct reporting to the Middle East Regional Export Director

Requirements

- Master degree from Top ranked Business School
- 2 Years experience required within luxury brand
- Fluency in English and French.
- Excellent computer and software skills: MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Rigorous, well organized, team spirit, strong analytical skills.
- Autonomous and adaptable in different situations, cultures and environments
