Office Manager in DIFC - Dubai, UAE
On behalf of our client, a newly established Private Equity firm we are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team.
In this challenging role, you will be working closely with the Director of Finance and assisting on client documentation and on boarding.
Apart from the regular office maintenance / admin tasks, you will be also assisting on compliance and marketing related matters.
Requirements
We are looking for a well-presented individual who is able to work in a fast moving working environment, highly organized and very attentive to detail. The successful candidate will hold the below qualifications:
- Western university Degree
- Previous experience in financial services or banking industry
- Exposure to compliance, marketing or client related work
- Fluent English, any other language is an advantage
- Strong communication and administration skills, entrepreneurial mind set, ability to work individually
