QA/QC Manager

Job description / Role

My client, a leading International Real Estate Developer is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join their team in Riyadh working on a new luxury residential/mix-use development.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be site based and responsible for the development and implementation of the Quality Management Plan. You will conduct daily site inspections to ensure the plan is being realised and managed effectively to ensure the successful completion of this project.

Requirements

You will have at least 10+ years of solid QA/QC experience with leading building contractors having worked on major building projects. You will be familiar with International accreditation and audit procedures for construction activities. You must be an exceptionally strong communicator and influencer to ensure the plan is realised.
