CFO - Oil & Gas

Job description / Role

One of our clients, a big Group of Companies, is currently looking for a CFO for their Oil & Gas business.

Based in Dubai, the Chief Financial Officer will be in charge of setting up the Finance Department, reporting directly to the CEO and acting as a Business Partner.

The Role
- Oversee cash flow planning.
- Maintain relationships with the banks for the purposes of raising finance.
- Oversee investment.
- Develop, key financial objectives that support the company's strategic plans.
- Prepare Financial Planning reports.
- Prepare Budget and Forecast.
- Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
- Work with the CEO on the strategic vision of the business.
- Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is maintained.

Requirements

Candidate must be British. Please do not apply if you are not holder of a British passport.

- Graduate.
- CMA/CPA/ACCA or Equivalent Degree.
- 10 years experience in various aspects of Finance and 5+ years of experience in a senior Management/Director equivalent in the Finance Department.

Job-Specific Skills
- Sound financial skills in all areas (accounting, internal control and management control) - professional accounting qualification essential.
- Good knowledge of business processes.
- Experience in a Project Based environment is ADVANTAGEOUS.
- MUST HAVE experience within the Oil & Gas sector.

Salary
AED 45,000- AED 55,000
