Job description / Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing operation based in Dubai, our client due to client retention requires to recruit the position of Business Development Manager.
Reporting to the Sales / Operations Director, the key duties of this role will include:
- Knowledge of design process, scope placement and financial submissions
- Must convey architectural and design intents as well as strategic unique selling points of the business
- Contract Management
- Profound understanding of market penetration measures
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Sales and Client Retention along with a sound knowledge of the Architectural sector.
A strong emphasis on client delivery together with a pro-active attitude is key, strong system knowledge such as M/Soft Office whilst having the ability to produce graphic designs is a must.
Whilst having excellent attention to detail you will also be an expert within Public and Private relationship management.
