Department Manager required for Luxury Retailers in Dubai & Abu Dhabi (Men's wear & Accessories)

- Supervising overall sales activities;
- Coordinating and motivating the staff;
- Keeping a sharp eye on cash flow;
- Improving sales by local marketing, offers and advertisements strategies;
- Overseeing and monitoring operations;
- Setting guidelines for the staff, delegating tasks, leading, encouraging, reporting, appraising and regulating;

Salary AED 13,000-20,000 monthly + incentives & benefits.
