Job description / Role
Architecture consultancy with over 10 years of designing and delivering medium to large-scale projects is seeking a Resident Engineer to join their team. With a variety of project types, working with the regions most prestigious Development organisations, this Architecture and Engineering consultancy can offer exposure to projects such as Towers, Educational, Hospitality, Residential and Healthcare projects.
They currently require a Resident Engineer from a Civil/Structural Engineering background to represent this design consultancy to clients, and managing multiple construction sites.
Leading construction based teams on projects, this individual will be effectively leading projects from a Structural Engineering contribution on site.
Requirements
This professional will be in the UAE right now and have 15-20 years of Structural Engineering experience, with site exposure.
This will be an established PM/Resident Engineer with project running experience in Dubai.
Experience will show successful project delivery of large-scale projects in the UAE.
Team player with effective communication skills to drive team and to present to clients.
Excellent knowledge of construction and technical abilities.
Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering and experience working in a consultancy in UAE is necessary.
