Job description / Role
A prestigious Semi Government Company is looking for an IT Project Coordinator for their projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for financial management within the department, which will include budgeting and raising requisitions. They will act as the key day to day communication between IT and other departments. They will also be responsible for supplier management, contract management and procurement.
Responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Preparation and managing the budget for the department
- Monthly IT reporting prepared and distributed
- Act as the key day to day communication between IT and other departments
- Responsibility for all expenditure requisitions are completed and conform to company standards.
- Responsible for Implementing efficient and effective processes between IT Department and other department.
- Supplier management maintenance
Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT Industry
- Must be UAE National
- Excellent communication skills
