Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The primary responsibility is the inventory management to support Ecolab Gulfs Operations to assure on time product delivery to customers.

Main Responsibilities
- Maintaining planning information and MRP (AccPAc replenishment level, forecast collection, AccPAc master data)
- Coordinate with the manufacturing / internal suppliers to make sure adequate inventory of the finished materials is available at any given time
- Timely transactions as required by MRP
- Coordination and setup of minimum balances for stock items compared sales requirement / demand
- Timely response to customer orders, requirements.
- Generate and send replenishment orders to suppliers (external and internal) to maintain correct inventory level
- Follow-up of replenishment PO: ensure its received on time (shipping date follow-up, custom clearance, etc)
- Transacting Purchase orders in AccPac
- Monitoring supplier delivery performance (KPI)
- Generation of monthly KPI: reporting and tracking
- Day to day inventory / stock control
- Customs clearance coordination and instructions.
- Coordinating, facilitating and running of physical Cycle Counts
- Track material usage history
- Investigation of incidents and Non Conformances

Requirements

- University graduate of any discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in a material planning role or similiar position in an international company
- Previous experience working in supply chain for a chemical manufacturing company
- Previous experience working with international virtual teams, including management, sales and 3rd party suppliers
- Should have ERP experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Must be creative and a quick learner
