Job description / Role
- Centrally manage end to end recruitment process
- Attend weekly resourcing meetings with the business on resource allocation and effective resourcing, influencing and challenging decisions
- Create job advert for the company website, job boards, social media and specialist publications. Monitor recruitment spend within areas of responsibility
- Screen application against agreed criteria and provide a suitable shortlist of candidates to the hiring manager
- Support the selection process, conduct competency based interview, carry out personality test, and achieve weekly target and KPIs
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or HR
- 2-3 years of experience in Recruitments, preferably within the retail industry
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws
- Proven experience of working successfully in an in-house recruitment role with a professional services environment, managing all aspects of the recruitment cycle
- Experience of dealing with partners, senior stakeholders and support staff
- Able to manage work pressure and meet deadlines
- Rigor and sense of organization
- Flexibility
- Can multi task, under extreme pressure.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines with accuracy of Data
- Excellent communication skills
