Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Identifying potential and current customers banking needs to tap top tier local corporates and extended target market
- Achieving revenue/ average utilization bank/portfolio growth
- Implementing and enforcing policies, processes and procedures and meeting all external legal, regulatory and voluntary code obligations
- Improve overall operations effectiveness and ensuring compliance with corporate standards of the organization
- Utilizing lead generation through internal and external referral sources and contacts to obtain new customers through targeted lead generation and portfolio management.
- Guiding existing clients and customers on new trade products
- Promoting new banking products and transaction services that meet customers' needs
- Leveraging customer loyalty and service messages to identify customers' needs and promote bank products/services
- Advising customers on financial objectives as first priority, increasing customers wallet share thereby handling a portfolio of customer relationships
- Focusing on retention of existing customer relationships by structuring and providing solutions that are not offered by the competitors

Requirements

- Over 5 years experience required.
- Strong experience in sales/ trade finance
- Experience in the UAE is crucial
- Arabic speaking is a must
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to support and lead a team
