Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Public Relations
- Manage the PR agency of the company, review their performance and manage negotiations for renewal of contracts, fees for all agreed deliverable.
- Crisis Management manage any negative incident concerning group or brands in social, print or digital media by driving reputation management SOPs and appropriate responses.
- Manage execution of SOPs for Crisis Management and ensure consistent upgrades from time to time.
- Plan a calendar and manage the customer loyalty programme event for each of the five (5) divisions once in every two months.
- Ensure spokesperson's prior briefing for all media and annual media trainings for designated spokespeople.
- Plan and manage all press events including new brand launches, media roundtables and announcements.
- Ensure that all message houses, templates, spokesperson bio's, image library, relevant facts and figures are up-to-date.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all key media.

Corporate Social Responsibility
- Extend the Group's key CSR initiative - targeting increased participation from communities for the initiative across KSA.
- Launch local CSR events in top 5 cities of KSA to ensure better connect with Saudi Citizens.
- Provide monthly reports of CSR activities with financials incurred.
- Create and maintain measurement index for CSR activity results utilizing appropriate measurement tools to gauge impact, effectiveness and social brand building.

Overall
- Ensure financial return of PR/CSR media exposure per Column-inches (centimeters) of articles appearing in local media.

Requirements

Male or female candidate, age group 26 to 32 years, minimum graduate, having prior experience in corporate social responsibility initiatives undertaken by a corporate.

In addition, minimum 6 years experience in public relations in Saudi Arabia.
