Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of the most culturally diversified employers in the GCC. Our client is looking to hire an extremely focused HR Policy Specialist to join their Qatar head office based in Doha.
You will be responsible for providing support to the strategic HR unit by way of policy and process development and communication as well as delivering mandated initiatives. Reporting to the Head, Strategic HR and Organisational Capabilities, you will have diverse accountabilities including policy review, process mapping, HR communication, HR audit and HR recognition awards. You will also establish and manage the HR Project Management Office (PMO) ensuring compliance with process and documentation as well as monitor progress whilst providing periodic updates.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree in HR from a reputed university. You should have at least 5 years post-qualification generalist experience within a global entity specialising as a HR Policy Specialist. You should possess fluent English communication skills.
